Cheryl McDonald

Cheryl is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. She has worked locally in the food service industry for more than 35 years.

Along with her passion for cooking, Cheryl loves to bake! Known for her Italian cookies, wedding cakes and specialty desserts, she provides a variety of homemade delights for our guests to choose from. Two popular items are the gluten-free Chocolate Torte and the creamiest cheesecake you will ever taste!

Cheryl has been at Elderberry Pond for over 8 years overseeing the dining room or creating one of her special desserts. In her spare time, she can be found helping out in the kitchen!
