Elderberry Pond Country Foods

Elderberry Pond is a 100 Acre Certified Organic Farm producing a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs, cut flowers and pasture raised meats. We pride ourselves on offering fruit and vegetable varieties known for their culinary qualities. For example, we grow over 100 varieties of apples including some specifically for baking and others for sweet and hard cider production. We market our produce and meats through a country food store here on the farm, and through local farmer's markets. In addition we are proud to present our fresh produce and pasture raised meats at our Gourmet Restaurant, where it is expertly prepared by our professional chefs. We invite you to join us at our farm and enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner in our rustic, yet elegant dining room overlooking our gardens.

The Restaurant at Elderberry Pond is located on the farm in a wooded lot overlooking the orchards, vinyards and seasonal vegetable plantings. Our menu features fresh produce picked daily, pasture raised meats from our farm and other organic or sustainable farms, fresh seafood selections and an excellent selection of wines, beers, coffees and teas from around the world. From April through December we are open for Lunch and dinner on Wednesday through Sunday. During March we are open weekends only. Please click the picture for more information on the restaurant.

The Country Food Store is located on the farm in a stone building that was used as a community pork rendering and smoke house in the mid 1800's. We sell our farm produce and meats in the store as well as jams, jellies, cider, salads and soups made from our farm bounty.
From June through November the store is open from 10 AM to 5:30 PM on Friday and Saturday. Please click on the picture or the link above to learn more about the store.

The Farm at Elderberry Pond - Much of the 100 acres that we farm has been in farm production since the mid 1800's. For the past 25 years it has been farmed using sustainable and organic farming practices. In 1999 it was certified Organic by the Northeast Organic Farming Association and is now a USDA certified organic farm.
